Sue was born in Edinburgh, and has always painted. She is largely self-taught, enabling her to develop in a variety of mediums. Original paintings have been the focus of her work for some time, and Sue currently uses oil paints, pastels and acrylics to create paintings in many styles. She has a passion for animals and wildlife and has been drawn to new and exciting concepts in art, including contemporary modern, in addition to traditional painting styles. Her work has been
exhibited widely, and has featured in specialist sales at Christies and
other noted salerooms. Events such as the Ideal Home Exhibition, and
Crufts provide opportunities to see her latest work or discuss commissions. |
